Mimimum Order:
We welcome orders of all sizes at Michigan Country Soapworks. As a result, we have chosen not to implement a minimum order amount. Feel free to order as little, or as much, as you'd like.

Shipping:
Shipping is calculated via the real-time USPS system. .We charge for actual shipping costs only and if our cart over-charges you, we will issue you a gift certificate or refund for any amounts over $1.00. Large orders will be shipped via DHL and we will notify you of the actual charges for your approval before shipping your order.

Shipping Time:
Most orders ship within two (2) business days. If there will be a delay in shipping your order you will be contacted.

Payment Options:
We accept debit cards & credit cards through Paypal for online shopping. You may also opt to pay by Money Order or Personal Check. Please be aware that paying by Personal Check will delay your order until we receive your check and it clears your bank. COD orders are not accepted.

Backorders:
Should you order an item that is not currently in stock you will be contacted. Please be sure to give your phone number and/or email when ordering should I need it.

Returns:
NO RETURNS CAN BE ACCEPTED DUE TO THE PERSONAL ASPECT OF MY PRODUCTS. I cannot guarantee purity once the items leave my facility. If you are unsure whether you will like a fragrance try the sampler on the soap ordering page.

Damage Claims:
If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse the shipment and notify me immediately. If the order is damaged only internally, notify me within two days of your reciept of the package. PLEASE NOTE all boxes, packaging material and product must remain undisturbed and intact in order to process a claim. It is very likely the shipper may need to inspect the package.
